Andy and Cathy Vaughn hosted the October, 2025 B.A.S.H. meeting on Sunday the 12th at their home in Corpus Christi. President Vic Aguilar called the meeting to order, thanked our hosts and welcomed guests Steve and Connie and new member Joseph Lewis.

As we devoured roast beef and Swiss sliders, we consumed the competition beers and reduced homebrew inventory. Interesting commercial beers were shared by Chris (4 Hands Octohaze Hazy IPA/Aslin Master of Oranges DIPA), Jason Fransham (Jopen Gin Trinitas Tripel/Martin House Shell Shock Imperial Stout), David Funk (Shades Brewing Blue Coyote NEIPA/Drowned Lands Spring Terra IPA), Doug Funk (Martin House Patient Zero Barrel Aged Strawberry Banana Sour), Jason (Bildegarian Imperial Stout), David Funk (Aurora Kohia Kush/Foam Brewers Yung Bachelor), Doug Funk (Tupps Series 41 DDHIPA). Karen Heim (Avery The Kaiser Imperial Okoberfest Lager). Adam Klager (903 Texas Godzilla IPA), Mary Kay Schultz (Ettaler Kloster-Dunkel/Tucher Festbier), Phil Sims (Hofbrau Munich Oktoberfest) and Anonymous (Peroni).
Kaiser Wilhelm made a brief appearance. As expected, he railed against his cousins Queen Victoria and Czar Nicholas and threatened to use chlorine gas against the trenches of the treacherous English and the perfidious French. Since he didn’t pay dues we stole his spiked helmet and sent him packing!
